Our ACT model is intentionally CRNA-friendly, with supportive anesthesiologists who value collaboration and professional trust. You’ll have meaningful autonomy in your day-to-day practice, including independently running the epidural service, while working alongside colleagues who genuinely have your back.

That same respect carries into how we approach scheduling.
Here you’ll work a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, including call, with modified self-scheduling that gives you real input — not just a token preference form. Call is shared fairly across the team, and when fully staffed, it typically means one weekend day every six weeks. You’re never scheduled to work post-call, because recovery time matters. And if you’d like to increase your earning potential, optional overtime opportunities are generally available. This is a team where autonomy, collaboration, and balance aren’t talking points. They’re part of how we operate every day.

Our team averages approximately 45 cases per day across surgery and endoscopy with a steady, well-managed workflow that’s busy enough to stay engaged but structured enough to prevent burnout.
