RN Clinical Manager, Stepdown Progressive Care Unit (SPCU)
UNC Health Nash is looking for a leader who doesn’t wait for direction but anticipates challenges, implements solutions, and keeps things moving forward to join its team as the Clinical Manager of the Stepdown Progressive Care Unit (SPCU). Entrusted to take UNC Health Nash’s mission and translate it into real, day-to-day operations that drive outcomes, you’ll make decisions, solve problems, and lead your team with autonomy while aligning with system-wide standards for quality, safety, and service.
You’ll be supported by a fully integrated clinical and operational environment, including Epic EMR, Pyxis medication dispensing, and StrataJazz for financial and budgeting insights, giving you the visibility and tools to lead both patient care and unit performance effectively.
To be considered, we require:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in North Carolina.
- BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Five (5) years of nursing experience with leadership experience.
- Certification in a nursing specialty preferred. Will be expected to obtain within one year of hire.
